Enrolments
Classes are limited to 15 students per age group from Grade R and Grade 7. Enrolments for the 2025 educational year will open on the 29th of February 2024.

Upon space becoming available, the process will be as follows:
Students attending our feeder school will receive automatic enrolment regardless of which area they reside in. If the students have attended our school we know that they have completed the required work and that they are ready to progress into our primary school.
For Grade R and Grade 1 student applications: If a student is enrolled into these ages early, we will require a school readiness test conducted by an Educational Psychologist to ensure that your child is ready for school.
To guide parents, the correct age for a child to enter into Grade R is the year they turn 6 years, and Grade 1 is the year they turn 7 years.
School readiness test may be conducted by any Educational Psychologist of your choosing and the report needs to be submitted with the student’s application form. Should you have trouble getting in touch with the correct person, we do have an Educational Psychologist that we can refer for your convenience.
Prospective parents will be notified once the application process has been finalised. Please ensure that all the necessary documents have been submitted to the school with the completed forms and that everything listed below has been read, understood, and signed,

Supporting documents
- Required reports from previous school.
- ID documents of the parents.
- Proof of residential address.
- Unabridged birth certificate.
- For the respective ages (Grade R & Grade 1) to date vaccination card
- Medical aid details and medical aid card (if you are private and do not have medical aid, please provide your GP’s information if we need to contact them in an emergency.

If your application has been reviewed and it is successful, you will be notified via Email and or WhatsApp and will receive an acceptance letter. The non-refundable registration fee for the student must then be paid into the school’s account within 1 month of the acceptance date to secure the student’s space. Proof of payment needs to be sent to the school and the reference on the payment must be the name and surname of the student as it reflects on the enrolment forms.
Should the school not receive the proof of payment and payment within the given period, you will have to reapply for admission and you might miss your opportunity for enrolment.
